Voluntis has won the « Grand Prix des Trophées de l’Innovation » 2007
Voluntis was awarded by Orange Business Services and Syntec Informatique (French association of software and computer service companies) the Grand Prix des Trophées Innovation 2007, for its groundbreaking diabeo solution. Based on the medpassport software platform, diabeo is a mobile and web diabetes management solution which improves the monitoring of functional insulin therapy, while increasing the patients’ quality of life. diabeo is developed in collaboration with CERITD (diabetology research team led by Dr. Charpentier of the « Centre Hospitalier Sud Francilien ») and supported by Orange Healthcare.
 
Tremplin Entreprises Award for VOLUNTIS
Voluntis has been awarded by Tremplins Entreprises in the « Création Logiciel » (creation of software) category for the medpassport solution. Tremplin Entreprises is the leading Venture Capital Event in France led by the French Ministry. Created in 1999, it enables entrepreneurs (selected by a committee whose members are venture capital professionals and entrepreneurs), to meet investors likely to finance their company. By having the opportunity to present their innovative project to investors, Tremplins prize-winners multiply their chances to find the funding necessary for the creation or development of their start up.
 
GOLD MEDAL AT CONCOURS LEPINE INTERNATIONAL
Voluntis participated at the international invention contest « Concours Lépine International Paris 2006 ». The solution medpassport won a gold medal in the section: best invention of medical software. This international contest of inventions exists since 1902 and was hosted by the salon “Foire de Paris”.
 
e-Europe Award for eHealth
Voluntis and Aide aux Jeunes Diabétiques (French Juvenile Diabetes Association) won the eEurope Award for eHealth, among more than 100 projects across Europe. This award rewards their work on Diabcarnet, which is the first large-scale online electronic logbook used for diabetes monitoring in Europe. Any diabetes patient in France can use this e-health application to better manage their disease in collaboration with a physician.
 
Voluntis gets the "Masters de la création d'entreprise" award
The Voluntis team was invited to the French Senate by Christian Poncelet, President of the Senate, along with 500 winners of national and regional entrepreneurship contests in 2002. During this 6th Edition of the "Masters de la Création d'Entreprise", the Prime Minister, Jean-Pierre Raffarin, and the Minister of Small and Medium Businesses, Renaud Dutreil, took part in a Q&A session with the awarded entrepreneurs, as they do with the members of the Parliament every week. This extraordinary session opened the "Week of the Entrepreneur", a joint initiative from the Senate and the Salon des Entrepreneurs. Along with programs such as the Tremplins Entreprises contest of club-senat.fr, it aims at establishing the Senate as "the House of Entrepreneurs".
 
Voluntis is awarded by the 92 Entreprendre association.
Created in 1998, 92 Entreprendre is the 8th association of the Entreprendre Network. Through its network of corporate executives, this association is able to provide entrepreneurs with an efficient help on the following aspects : assistance in validating projects, financial support, personalized 3-years long follow-up, coaching. 92 Entreprendre's belief is that sharing competencies between those who have already created and developed their company and those who are just starting to do so, is the key to success for the companies selected to be part of the network. The Entreprendre Network accounts for 741 awarded companies generating 6600 new jobs and 500 million euros of revenues.
 
Voluntis wins the first prize of the Association Jacques Douce contest
Created in 1983 by Françoise Douce, the AJD supports young entrepreneurs who are less than 30 years old, in the communication sector. Every year, jury members select a maximum of 15 projects. Since its creation, the Association Jacques Douce accounts for around 300 new businesses, total revenues of 400 million euros, and 2000 new jobs.
 
Voluntis awarded by the Aventis Foundation
The Aventis Foundation started the "Tremplins de la Création d'entreprise en Santé humaine" program in 1998 to identify and leverage the talent of young scientific entrepreneurs in France. Every year, the 10 selected projects benefit from a complete assistance during a year : financial help, coaching, personalized training, follow-up by experienced experts from the Aventis group, Club Alfa membership ("Alfa" stands for "Association des Lauréats de la Fondation Aventis"). The « Tremplins de la Création d'entreprise en Santé Humaine » program already contributed to the creation of 29 young companies in France, 23 of which are in the field of health care, and created 180 jobs.
 
Voluntis is awarded the « entrepreneurship » prize of the Centrale Start-up group
Every year this group organizes a contest between the different projects carried by students of the Centrale Entrepreneurs education program (providing specific entrepreneurship training to Ecole Centrale Paris students). A jury composed with entrepreneurs graduated from ECP and leaders from the financial sector selects the best projects according to the following criteria: relevance of the business model and of the economic approach, team's professionalism, level of personal involvement and conviction from the project bearers, presentation quality and effective business creation.
 
« Best 40's » at Capital-IT 6
The goal of the Capital-IT investment forum is to feature 40 of the current best European start-ups, the Best 40s, to enable them to find the means of their growth, set up strategic alliances and develop their business. The conference is a reference event for the funding of innovative companies. With over 276 companies featured in three years, 800 million euros raised and 6 IPOs, Capital-IT has confirmed its position as a talent finder, and growth accelator for high potential companies in the fields of information technology and life sciences.
