2003. Sophie Pignal introduces the electronic diabetes logbook, developed by Voluntis
in partnership with AJD (Aide aux Jeunes Diabétiques) - the French juveniles diabetes
Association. Lisa, a 22-years old diabetes patient using the software, describes
its features and its benefits. Michel Cahané, MD, director of the AJD, exposes the
clinical aspects of diabetes management as well as the way the software improves
this process. Pierre Leurent, Chairman and CEO of Voluntis, presents the company,
its offering and business model, and explains why his business creation is particularly
